Winter ESL classes announced

The Latino Community Advocacy Program (LCAP) offers free English as a Second Language classes and tutoring for people living in Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties. All levels are welcome.

This winter, classes are being held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Presbyterian New England Congregational Church, 24 Circular St., in Saratoga. Classes will not be held Dec. 25 or Jan. 1 for the holidays.

LCAP is a service of the Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council (EOC). The courses are free thanks to funding by the Liberty Defense Project.
