The Wellness Committee invites you to play Self-Care BINGO.  Now more than ever is a great time to prioritize self-care and try new things.  The instructions/description are right at the top of the attached document. It’s really simple –save a copy to your computer or print it out and check off the boxes as you complete the activities. Try to complete a different BINGO line every week or just work towards checking each box so you can try each activity and see which have the greatest impact on your well-being. Some things you may want to make part of your regular routine.
